This month Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans will be hosting, The Crawfish Concierge lead by Jason “Rosy” Flato who is the chef on the M bistro line, a native Louisianan and a wonderful accommodation to their guests. He was recently featured in the pages of a la carte, the magazine of the Louisiana Restaurant Association. “We have three courtyard offerings during our spring and summer months. They are the Crawfish Concierge, the Snowball Sommelier and the Oyster Butler. Each one is designed to showcase a unique aspect of our city to visitors and offers something that feels like “home” to locals. The Crawfish Concierge has been featured on the Food Network and in the pages of Southern Living, which teaches patrons how to boil, peel and eat crawfish. The Snowball Sommelier creates homemade snowballs, some of which are spiked. The Oyster Butler teaches people how to shuck and eat fresh, raw oysters.”
